Enter the property details along with the tenants details.
If you get a new tenant at the property, then please just update that property.

Just Select the Tennant from the list and Click on the Edit Tenants Details, you can change the information there.

When we carry out a Gas Safety Inspection and we email you your invoice and gas certificate, a copy of the certificate is emailed to the tenant.
We require their phone number so we can contact them to arrange a convenient time for us to carry out works, when we are asked to do so.

Some of our Landlords use Letting Agents to take care of most things, however, they do not want to pay the Agents fees for work to be carried out by their in-house workman, as this usually is more expensive than booking in work with us. But it still is necessary to send a copy of all Gas Safety Certificates when we email you your copy, along with your Invoice, so it is handy to select the managing Agent.
