How do I update my Password?
To update your password, enter a new password in the password and verify password box.
Please make sure that you enter the password in both boxes, this is to ensure that you have typed it correctly.
Why can I not see my password?
Your password is encrypted before storage and cannot be shown in plain text.
Do I have to change my Password when I change any of my details?
Nope.
You can update your details as required, just leave the password boxes empty.
I clicked the link in the email to stop the Automatic Reminders, How can I get that re-enabled?
At the moment you cannot, just give us a call on 01256 520999 and we will re-enable that for you.
